At Local Tree Nursery, we want your landscape to thrive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-living goods and a health guarantee for our nursery stock.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your trees are in their original nursery pots and that any hard goods are unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

  Contact Support

  Email our gardening experts with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Prepare for Transport

  Securely pack your items or prepare your plants for pickup, ensuring the root balls are adequately watered for the journey back to our nursery.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our arborists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
